GUARANTEE
Individual reservations are only considered binding when accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiration date and cryptogram or with full prepayment of the stay prior to the client's arrival.
NON-SUBMISSION
In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
FLEXIBLE CONDITIONS 1 (D-30)
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required upon reservation. Free cancellation and refund of the deposit is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date (before 2:00 pm). In case of late cancellation or modification, the deposit will be kept and not refunded. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
FLEXIBLE CONDITIONS 2 (D-14)
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid 14 days before the arrival via a secure link sent a few days before the deadline by email. Without reception of this payment, the residence reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Free cancellation up to 14 days before the day of arrival (before 2pm). In case of late cancellation or modification, the deposit will be kept and not refundable. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid 7 days before the arrival via a secure link sent a few days before the deadline by email. Without reception of this payment, the residence reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Free cancellation up to 7 days before the day of arrival (before 2pm). In case of late cancellation or modification, the deposit will be kept and not refundable. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
Prepayment of the total amount of the stay at the time of reservation. Once the reservation is made, it cannot be changed and the prepaid amount is non-refundable. This prepayment is not refundable in case of cancellation, change of dates of stay or no-show.
DISPATCH
In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate participants in whole or in part in a nearby hotel of equivalent category for services of the same nature, the costs inherent in the transfer remaining at the expense of the establishment, which may not be sought for payment of any additional compensation.
